Vancouver · since 1926
A Russian Orthodox parish in Vancouver. Our doors are open to everyone — parishioners and first-time visitors alike.

Our parish traces its history to 1926. The present church, at the corner of East 13th Avenue and Prince Albert Street, was built in 1950–1952 through the labours of Archpriest Filimon Gorelik and the parishioners.
For almost a hundred years, people of many generations have prayed here — descendants of the first émigrés, newly arrived families, their children and grandchildren. Services follow the traditional Orthodox order of worship.

The feast of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker. The festal service schedule will be announced.

The parish celebrated its centenary with a hierarchical Liturgy and a fair.

Our church school meets on Saturdays: children study the Law of God, and there is a girls' choir.
Now enrolling children aged 8 to 11 in the junior group.
In summer we hold parish picnics at Trout Lake and a family camping trip.
Our parish is sustained by the generosity of its members. Your help maintains the building, covers utilities and repairs, and supports our children's programmes.
